Contrary to popular belief, Dr. Berg explains that this issue is not primarily a bladder problem, but rather linked to hormonal imbalances, specifically relating to antidiuretic hormone (ADH).
According to Dr. Berg, when ADH, which controls water balance, is disrupted, it causes excess urine production at night.

- Avoiding Liquids Before Bed: Refrain from drinking up to three hours before bed.
- Increasing Potassium: Consuming more potassium earlier in the day.
