I dated a guy for 3 years, he sees me as a model and calls me all sought of sweet names. I thought it was true love. Later, he broke up with me and left for a younger girl. This happened at the time when I fell sick and was hospitalised.

6 months after my recovery, I met someone called George. He fell head over heels in love with me. As our relationship progressed, we fell deeply in love with each other, but after some time, my previous ailments returned, and I was hospitalised again.

George, not minding his busy schedule had to reduce some of his business engagements just to spend time with me. He even paid my bills and took care of my pets, until I came back on my feet.

He is my true love and my prince charming. He showed me love through his actions, not just by words. He gives me hope, he makes me strive to survive and live again. He taught me what love is because, after my encounter with him, I came to realise what it was.

I am so pleased to have met this mankind in the journey of my life, we love and appreciate each other so much.

If you are looking for those feelings that will prove to you that someone is truly there for you, or those feelings that will make you realise that someone truly loves you, no matter your status or condition. Then look inward to observe those things that normally happen whenever they are around you and the feelings you will get when in their presence.

1. You feel safe when they come around you.

Any time they come around you, you feel so comfortable with them. This shows that the relationship is healthy.

Not just feel comfortable, but you will also feel safe both emotionally and physically.

• They don’t try to control you or make you feel insecure. You feel free to express yourself because they love you unconditionally

• They don’t look down on you.

• They don’t intimidate you in the presence of family and friends.

2. You feel happy and cheerful.
